About Me

I always feel like these “About Me” pages are a little awkward and usually fail to get across any of the writer’s personality, but maybe mine can be different. So, in an effort to be different (and maintaining the awkward nature of an “About Me” page) I’m going to start this off like an AA meeting: I’m Devin Clementi (“DaVinci”) and I’m addicted to sports. Like, seriously obsessed with sports. I’ve found myself in bed at night just reading articles and analyzing stats for no reason other than the fact that I love it. And, after years of loving sports, using it as an escape from the everything else going on, and allowing it to complicate my habit of procrastinating while doing my homework, I’ve realized that I actually know a thing or two. Anyway, “DaVinci’s Code” is my medium of sharing my knowledge, analysis, and opinion on all things baseball and football, with a focus on my favorite teams (and at times, the sources of enormous frustration for me) the New York Mets and New York Jets. My goal is to share my insights and maybe even entertain you a little bit along the way. If you’re anything like me, always looking for another sports post, blog, or article, I hope you’ve found another go-to page when looking to satisfy your sports craving.
